Our Team

Built by Attorneys, for Attorneys

Glass Box Solutions was founded by a California Workers' Compensation attorney who spent 15 years in practice — and built the tool he wished existed.

Our Story

From Black Box to Glass Box

Most legal AI is built by engineers who consult with attorneys. Adjudica was built by an attorney who learned to build software because no vendor was building what the practice actually needed.

After 15 years in California Workers' Compensation practice, our founder saw the same problem every day: attorneys buried in paper, missing deadlines, spending billable hours on procedural overhead instead of strategy. The AI tools that existed were black boxes — you submitted a document, received an answer, and were expected to trust it.

For CA WC attorneys, that's not just inconvenient — it's a professional liability risk. Every filing is your signature. Every recommendation you accept is your responsibility. If you can't trace the reasoning, you can't defend the conclusion.

Glass Box Solutions exists to change that. We build AI that shows its work — citing the specific page of the QME report and the specific line of the Labor Code. Transparent, explainable, and designed for the attorneys who stake their license on every filing.

“We believe you should never file a motion you can't explain. That's why Adjudica shows its work — citing the specific page of the QME report and the specific line of the Labor Code.”

What We Stand For

Our Principles

Correctness Over Speed

Our software affects real people's financial outcomes. We build for accuracy first, speed second. Every AI output is traceable to its source.

Explainability Over Magic

If you can't explain it to a judge, you shouldn't file it. Every recommendation Adjudica makes can be traced, verified, and defended.

Human in the Loop, Always

AI augments attorney judgment — it never replaces it. Licensed attorneys remain responsible for every decision, every filing, every strategy.
